  1. ANGER management for the nice person! OK that is a topic for a whole other conversation… In the book “The Dance of Anger” by Harriet Lerner, there are two interesting points in the first part. One is the concept of the nice girl/ good woman where the author talks about the women who doesn’t classify herself as an angry woman because she has learned to suppress and internalize her anger. I can say that from a health point of view – that doesn’t do ‘one’ any favours.

The second interesting point is the ‘change back’ behaviours from everyone when a person starts to change and grow.

Personally through my work in the WorkLIFEbalance clinic and in teaching yoga, I would love to help individuals achieve just the right balance between their personal growth which gives them strength and conviction to move forward, and the respect for those around them who may not be happy with the changes and whose fear might render them less receptive to change.

24-25 July I am running a Relationships Residential in the Byron Bay Hinterland where I can go into that in depth.

As a client, you are welcome to borrow the book and I would love you to share your thoughts online.

    Warm regards,
