Join me for the Launch of the new classes program to build Vitality and Wellness through Yoga. 5 different Breathing techniques, 5 different guided Meditations, Yoga poses to make you step out into your world with energy, joy, and inner resilience. “A song in your heart, and a spring in your step”.
Just a 1 hour sessions in the mornings.
