Runs Mon – Thurs over 2 weeks, but see the attendance options below…….This is the series of Most Popular Yoga, and Most Useful Yoga as voted by students covering diverse age groups, varied levels of experience [or none], and varied bodies. You know…REAL PEOPLE. Men and Women.

Join me for the Launch of the new classes program to build Vitality and Wellness through Yoga. 5 different Breathing techniques, 5 different guided Meditations, Yoga poses to make you step out into your world with energy, joy, and inner resilience. “A song in your heart, and a spring in your step”.
Just a 1 hour sessions in the mornings.
Choose 5.45 am – 6.45 am, OR 7 am – 8 am.
Choose to attend 2 weeks [15 – 25th February] OR
Choose to attend Either week, OR
Attend on a casual pass – yes you can, and you will benefit. but you know I want you there as much as possible as it only runs 2 weeks!
