Tuesdays 7.25 pm is designed for you if you are an Active or Sport/ Gym person wanting the benefits of yoga. You can be a beginners to Yoga, or refreshing if you have done some yoga before. The level of your yoga doesn’t matter. This is an outcome-based course for the physically active person. The course will take you through the essentials of Yoga for the active body, and I will personalise the poses and techniques to your body. Especially important if you are in training, or have injuries.
