Fun poses that involve a little strength and a little balance that we will work up to. I trialled these a few weeks back and everyone loved the challenge of doing something new – even newbies.
Yoga BootCamps run Mon – Thurs over three weeks: 27 October – 13 November 2014. Up to 12 sessions are on offer, but you are eligible to join if you can make it to 5 or 6 of the Program. If you can make it to more sessions, that is a bonus!
Believe it or not, great way to start as it is a closed group and works like a small personal training group – you get personal attention 🙂
