Aqua Yoga Class in Paddington, Brisbane!

Join ANY week as a casual or attend often to become an Aqua Yoga regular. This Aqua Yoga class takes the essence of the benefits of  ‘land-based’ traditional yoga, and adds the water element to all the goodness that yoga provides you with. Improve JOINT MOBILITY in the water. Feel how your CORE strengthens easily. Build your ability to BALANCE. Amaze yourself as to how you can move differently in the water. This Aqua Yoga suits anyone who thinks they can’t do it on land for whatever reason. Also suits most ‘conditions’, injuries, pregnancy, stiffness, tightness, or just plain feeling hot, or boredom!  Ithaca Pool, Paddington. 10 am.
