Adaptability and Calm. Yoga and Meditation Weekend
The number one key to lowering stress and making life ‘work’ for you, is the ability to adapt. This experiential weekend of yoga and Meditation uses the ancient techniques during some real-life challenges, to bring you a sense of calm, control, and strength.
This is a non-residential weekend up the North Coast, Queensland.
First session 6 am Saturday 2 May.
Finishes 12.30 pm sunday 3 May.
