7 am Morning Yoga: Vitality and Stretch Series means you get specific yoga poses to build your Vitality and sparkling Health! By popular request to maximise the benefits that suit this time of year you can attend the once-a-year VITALITY-BUILDING Challenge for maximum results.  [Toning, more energy, prepping for end-of-year celebrations]. Challenge in yoga doesn’t always mean pushing harder. To build Vitality and tone, there will be some more gentle poses, breathing and mind/body relaxations as well!

Early Morning Yoga Series builds sparkling health and solid fitness with variations on how you approach yoga. Yes – you will get results – and stretch as well. We celebrate Yoga as the days start getting brighter again. Do yoga in this series and build your overall health [this will quickly create Vitality], body flexibility and prepare yourself for the day ahead! Attendees tell me they are grateful for the morning sessions, and they feel wonderful during the whole day. The Yoga Weeks run Monday – Thursday,  up until 26 November. Obviously even cheaper the more sessions you purchase in the Yoga Vitality Challenge. No previous Yoga necessary – experienced senior instructor and small, capped groups. 7am – 8 am. [You can swap sessions with the 5.45 am as well within the same block if you purchase a 1 or 2 week pass.
