Winter Warriors Warm with Sun Salutations! Early Morning Yoga Series builds Winter health and solid fitness with variations on Sun Salutations. We celebrate Yoga as the days start getting longer again. Do yoga for this series and build your lung health, body flexibility and warm yourself for the day ahead! The Yoga Week runs Monday – Thursday 29 June – 2 July. Buy the week for a discounted rate, or attend with a Casual Pass. No previous Yoga necessary – experienced senior instructor and small, capped groups.  5.45 am – 6.45 am.
