Join in the Best of Yoga Poses from 2014. YOGA to prep your body, mind and tolerance for the busy Christmas Season ahead!

Most popular yoga poses combine with breathing, meditations to tie your more vitality during your day. This is a workout/ intensive style meaning you are welcome to ask questions and we work fairly technically and fairly deeply each session.

Choose from either timeslot, mix them up: 5.45 am or 7 am Tuesday to Friday for one week!
