This module shows you how hatha yoga is about mind to body, breath to body, conscious to subconscious, self to others. You can attend simply to learn how to deepen your yoga practice and add more understanding, or the dual purpose of this weekends workshop module is to interface physical yoga with its traditonal theory. Your yoga can be the model for your personal growth. Interested in resilience, overcoming anxiety, depression, relationships issues? If you don’t do any other workshop this year, do this Yoga PHIL workshop!
